With over 30 years of experience, Ed has brought the sound of the Great Highland bagpipes to weddings, parties, funerals, Burns Suppers, and high-profile occasions across Nottinghamshire and beyond. Ed has appeared on ITV shows such as The Dales and The Lakes, regularly welcomed the New Year at prestigious venues like Grantley Hall (North Yorkshire), performed with Mansfield’s Seaforth Highlanders Pipe Band, Nottingham Police Pipe Band and currently performs at sold out shows across the country with the celtic rock band Gaelforce.
Weddings
Ed has been bringing the sound of Scotland to weddings for over 30 years with his expert bagpipe playing.
From welcoming guests and leading the bride down the aisle, to piping during the photos and escorting the newlyweds to the top table — Ed adds a truly memorable touch to your special day.

Funerals
Ed is trusted for his professionalism and reliability by a number of funeral directors around Nottingham, including A.W. Lymn.
Traditionally the piper performs at various stages of the funeral service — leading away from the family home, leading the casket into the church or crematorium, and at the graveside for burials.
Ed is frequently requested to play at Bramcote, Gedling, Wilford Hill, and Rushcliffe Oaks crematorium.

As well as weddings and funerals, Ed is available to perform at any event where the evocative sound of the highland bagpipes is required.
